Service agreement

Booking a service with Brazos Pro Wash confirms you are the property owner or authorized to approve work on the property. Scope of work is what appears on your written quote.

You agree to provide reasonable access to the work area, including water spigots and outdoor outlets where needed, and to move vehicles and fragile items before we arrive.

Pricing & payment

Quotes are free and valid for 30 days. Final pricing may be adjusted only if the actual scope differs materially from what was described, and never without your approval first.

Payment is due upon completion unless other terms are agreed to in writing. Commercial accounts may be invoiced on net terms.

Satisfaction guarantee terms

If you're not satisfied with a cleaned area, notify us within 7 days of service and we will return to re-clean the affected area at no charge.

Some staining is permanent, deep-set oil, rust bleed, artillery fungus, and surface etching may lighten rather than disappear. We will tell you before the job when we expect that.

Cancellations

You can reschedule or cancel at no charge with 24 hours' notice. Weather delays are common in the Brazos Valley, we will contact you to reschedule at the earliest safe window at no cost.

Liability

Brazos Pro Wash is fully licensed and insured. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions such as failing paint, loose siding, damaged mortar, rotted wood, faulty seals, or improperly installed fixtures.

Please report any concern within 7 days of service so we can inspect it promptly.
